Return and Refund Policy
Wellness-feel.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the product or products.
You will receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. These are approximately €6.95 per parcel. Please check the exact rates with your local courier.
If you use your right of cancellation, the product must be returned with all accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the products are in good condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
If the product is damaged or the packaging has been unnecessarily damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
Hygiene products, such as bras, underwear and intimate products, cannot be returned if they have been used or if the protective seal has been broken.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Creams and serums in opened packaging cannot be returned.
How to Return a Product
Send an email to service@wellness-feel.com with your order number and the product you wish to return.
We will send you the return instructions by email.
Pack the product carefully and send it to us at the address we provide.
